摘 要:本文对四分之三球体穹顶单层网壳进行了模型试验研究.网壳模型直径3m,高2.33m,共有节点156个,杆件440根.荷载采用竖向荷载和水平荷载分级加荷,测得了在荷载作用下的节点位移及荷载与杆件轴力、杆件弯矩的关系.试验结果和理论分析结果表明四分之三球体穹顶单层网壳的稳定性较好,短程线网壳亦是一种较好的网格划分形式,且在这种网壳设计中应对下部几层杆件予以加强.本试验成果应用于天津科技馆单层网壳设计。A model of single layer braced dome of 3/4 sphere has been tested which is 3 m in diameter and 2.33 m in height,having 156 joints and 440 members and loaded by graded vertical and horizontal loads.The relationships of the loads with the axial forces of members or the bending moment of members,and the displacement of joints are measured.With a comparison made between the test results and the theoretical analysis,it is believed that the single layer braced dome has better stability,and the geodisic braced dome is of a rational grid form.On the other hand,a suggestion is made that the layers of the lower parts of the single layer braced dome of 3/4 sphere should be strengthened in design.Under the guidance of the theoretical analysis and the test results,this kind of structure has been used in the design of Tianjing Sicence and Technology Building with success.
