摘　　要：目的：探究脊柱爆性骨折患者的影像学诊断方法。方法：按照文中所采用的方法进行治疗和护理。结果：49例患者中18例患者基本正常，19例患者不完全瘫痪并且有非运动性功能的存在，7病患者不完全瘫痪但没有非运动性功能，5例患者完全瘫痪。结论：对脊柱爆裂性骨折患者的影像学诊断要使用CT扫描和平片技术对患者进行综合分析，以便为临床的治疗提供更加准确的依据。Objective：Inquired into the spinal column explodes the bone fracture patient＇s phantom study diagnosis method. Methods：According to the method which in the article uses carries on the treatment and nursing. Results： In 49 example patients 18 example patients basic normal, and 19 example patients are paralysed incompletely have the non-mobile function existence,but 7 sickness patients are paralysed incompletely do not have the non-mobile function, 5 example patients are paralysed completely. Conclusion： Must use CT to the spinal column explosive bone fracture patient＇s phantom study diagnosis to scan the peaceful piece technology to carry on the generalized analysis to the patient,in order to provides a more accurate basis for the clinical treatment.
