56例心肺复苏术后患者的监测与护理体会

摘　　要：目的：对近12年来56例心肺复苏术后患者监测与护理经验的总结归纳。方法：对呼吸心跳骤停复苏后转入ICU的56例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：经过初级复苏、高级生命支持、严密监测、精心护理，56例中存活25例（占44．64％），遗留有严重神经系统并发症7例（12．5％），自请出院8例（14．28％），死亡16例（占28．57％）。结论：及时有效的初级复苏、正规系统的高级生命支持、严密的监测、重视呼吸道的管理、遵循ICU患者心理护理原则、落实基础护理、注重安全管理等是提高存活率、减少并发症、保证护理质量、减少医疗纠纷的重要措施。Objective：To near for 19. year 56 example heart and lungs resuscitation future trouble monitor and nursing experience summary induction. Methods： After breathes the palpitation to stop suddenly 56 example patient＇s clinical material which the anabiosis changes over to ICU to carry on the review analysis. Results： After the primary anabiosis,the high-level life support, the strict monitor,careful nursing,in 56 examples survives 25 examples （to account for 44. 64%）, the carry-over has the Serious nervous system complication 7 examples （12.5%）,from please leave the hospital 8 examples （14.28%）,died 16 examples （to account for 28.57%）. Conclusion：The prompt effective primary anabiosis, the regular system high-level life support, the strict monitor, take the respiratory tract the management,follow the ICU patient psychology nursing principle, realization foundation nursing,the attention safety control and so on are enhance the survival percentage, the reduced complication, the guarantee nursing quality, the reduced medical service dispute important measure.
