指压“三点”治疗头痛

摘　　要：平常一般的头痛多数是由于经筋膜炎所引起的。在西医看来，头痛多由于斜方肌（脖子后面最粗那两条筋）与后枕部相连接的肌腱发生炎症所造成的，也就是颈筋膜炎。对于颈筋膜炎造成的头痛，一般在后枕部会有三个压痛点。本文对指压“三点”治疗头痛进行了论述。The ordinary general headache most is because causes after the fascutis. Looked like in the doctor practicing western medicine, headache many because the musculus trapezius （behind neck is thickest that two muscles） the tendon which connects with the latter occiput to occur, also is the neck fascutis which the inflammation creates. Headache creates which regarding the neck fas- eutis, can have three tender areas generally in after occiput. This article to referred to the pressure ＂three＂ the treatment headache to carry on the elaboration.
