摘　　要：昏迷是临床常见病、多发病、疑难病、危重病的症状之一，病死率高。昏迷病人的救治往往涉及医学领域多专业、多学科知识，所以此类病人的临床急救不仅是急救医学的重点和难点，也是急诊科医师临床亟待攻克的课题。临床如何早期、正确地做出对病情的评估，并采取积极、有效的抢救措施，是防治神经系统功能障碍、降低神经系统后遗症、提高脑复苏及抢救昏迷患者成功的关键。The stupor is one of the clinical common disease, frequently--occurring disease, the undiagnosed cases,of danger seri- ous illness symptoms, case fatality rate high. The stupor patient treats and cures often involves the medicine domain multi--specialties, the multi--disciplinary knowledge, not only therefore this kind of patient＇s clinical first aid is administers first aid the medicine the key point and the difficulty,also is the topic which ER doctor clinical urgently awaits to attack and capture. Does tb.e clinical how early time, make correctly to the condition appraisal,and takes positively, the effective rescue measure, is prevents and controls the nervous system function barrier,reduces the nervous system sequela,enhances the key which the brain anabiosis and the rescue stupor patient succeeds.
