异戊巴比妥钠联用速眠新Ⅱ对家犬麻醉效果观察

摘　　要：目的：观察联合应用异戊巴比妥钠和速眠新Ⅱ对家犬的麻醉效果。方法：采用速眠新Ⅱ（0．1ml／kg＋0．6m1）肌内注射和异戊巴比妥钠（0．2ml／kg＋0.4m1）肌内注射联合麻醉方法对85例实施腹部手术的家犬进行麻醉，观察动物麻醉雏持时间、镇痛效果、呼吸频率和心率变化及术后苏醒情况。结果85例进行盲肠切除手术家犬无一只在手术过程中因麻醉意外死亡；首次麻醉维持时间为50-80min，追加麻醉维持时间为30-40min，术后苏醒时间为25-35min。麻醉期间肌肉松弛效果好，动物呼吸和心率平稳。结论：异戊巴比妥钠联用速眠新Ⅱ复合麻醉对家犬是一种比较理想的麻醉方法，麻醉效果好，术后苏醒快且动物麻醉安全性高。Objective：The observation applies the different pentobarbitol sodium and the fast dormancy jointly is new Ⅱ To watch- dog anaesthesia effect. Methods：Uses the fast dormancy to be new/I （0. 1 ml/kg＋0. 6ml） intramuscular injection and the different pentobarbitol sodium （0.2ml/kg＋0.4ml） intramuscular injection union anaesthesia method carries on the anaesthesia to 85 example implementation abdomen surgery watchdog, after the observation animal anaesthesia maintenance time, the analgesic effect, the breath frequency and the heart rate change and the technique regains consciousness the situation. Results：Because 85 examples carry on the caecum excision surgery watchdog not to have one to anaesthetize the accidental death in the surgery process;Anaesthetizes the maintenance time is for the first time 50-80 min, the supplement anaesthesia maintenance time is 30-40 min, after the technique the regaining consciousness time is 25-35 min. The anaesthesia period muscle relaxation effect is good, animal breath and heart rate steady. Conclusion：The different pentobarbitol sodium association is new with the fast dormancy Ⅱ The compound anaesthesia to the watchdog is one quite ideal anaesthesia method, the anaesthesia effect is good,after the technique regains consciousness quick also the animal anaesthesia security high.
