摘　　要：目的：探讨创伤性截瘫病人的有效护理方法。方法：通过对本院自2009年3月-2010年2月所收治的共28例创伤性截瘫病人展开护理工作，从而总结护理体会。结果：28例患者均获得良好的护理。结论：通过有效的护理，能够帮助病人顺利的度过危险期，并且重新建立对生活自信。Objective： Discussion wound paraplegia patient＇s effective nursing method. Methods： Through altogether 28 example wound paraplegia patient who -February,2010 admits from March,2009 launches the nursing work to this courtyard, thus summary nursing experience. Results：28 example patients obtain good nursing. Conclusion： Through effective nursing, can help the patient smoothly to pass the dangerous period, and establishes to the life self-confidently.
