摘　　要：目的：小儿肱骨髁上骨折克氏针内固定术后的康复指导。方法：我院于2009年7月至2010年6月共收治肱骨髁上骨折76例，手术63例，保守治疗13例，分为早期骨折，中期骨折，晚期骨折，及出院后病人的康复指导，病员达到满意效果。结果：本组63例肱骨髁上骨折术后康复功能指导（除7月份手术病员外），术后病员随访，屈曲达130度，背伸0度，无肘关节畸形及关节僵硬等并发症发生。总结：对63例肱骨髁上骨折病员克氏针内固定术，病员损伤小，住院时间短，术后3—5天就出院，住院费用2000-3000元，病员功能锻炼造，功能恢复好，等二次取内固定在门诊拔除钢针，减轻病员的负担，临床疗效好。Objective： In after young child humerus supracondyloid bone fracture Cleveland needle pexia recovery instruction. Methods：My courtyard June,2010 altogether admits the humerus supracondyloid bone fracture 76 examples in from July,2009 to, surgery 63,treats 13 examples conservatively, divides into the early bone fracture, the intermediate stage bone fracture, the later period bone fracture, after and the out of hospital patient＇s recovery instruction, the patient achieves the satisfactory effect. Results： After this group of 63 example humerus supracondyloid bone fracture technique is restored to health the function instruction （besides July surgery patient）, after the technique the patient makes a follow--up visit, the flexure amounts to 130 degrees, the back extends 0 degrees,does not have the elbow joint abnormal and anchylosis and so on the complications occurs, summarizes：To 63 example humerus supracondyloid bone fracture patient Cleveland needle in the pexia, the patient damages slightly,in hospital time is short, the technique latter 3-5 day leaves the hospital, in hospital expense 2000-3000 Yuan, the patient function exercise makes, the function restores in, and so on two times takes fixes in the outpatient service wiping out steel needle, lightens patient＇s burden, clinical curative effect good.
