摘　　要：外伤后重症胸部损伤患者伤情重、变化快，通过严密观察病情变化及时采取有效措施，及时纠正休克，积极做好呼吸道管理，防止肺部并发症的发生，是提高重危患者护理质量的关键。After the flesh wound the critically ill chest damages the patient state of an injury heavily, changes quickly, takes the effective action promptly through the strict observation condition change, corrects the shock promptly, completes the respiratory tract management positively,prevented the lungs complication the occurrence,is enhances the heavy danger patient to nurse the quality the key.
