硬膜外封闭复合牵引疗法治疗椎间盘突出症效果观察

摘　　要：目的：了解硬膜外封闭复合牵引治疗腰椎间突出症的临床疗效。方法：选择2009年至2010年30例腰椎间盘突出症患者，用激素、局部麻醉药和雏生素等混合液15～25ml，经硬膜外给药封闭，复合康复牵引治疗，7天1次，3次1疗程，观察其临床效果。结果：对30例患者治疗，平均改善率为90％以上，取得较好效果。结论：总的来看，硬膜外给药封闭，再复合物理牵引治疗，安全而且简单，只要由有临床经验的麻醉医师操作硬膜外封闭，再复合康复牵引，是治疗腰椎间盘突出症经济而又有效的方法之。Objective：Understood outside the hard membrane seals up between the compound hauling treatment lumbar vertebra the prominent sickness clinical curative effect. Methods：Chooses from 2009 to 2010 30 example waist intervertebral disc prominent sickness patient,with intermixture 15-25ml and so on hormone,local anesthetic and Vitamin,after the hard membrane outside to the medicine seal, the compound recovery hauling treatment,7 days 1 time,3 1 treatment course,observes its clinical effect. Results： Treats to 30 example patients,the average improvement rate is above 90 % ,obtains the good effect. Conclusion：Generally speaking, outside hard membrane to medicine seal, again compound physical hauling treatment, security moreover simple, so long as by has the clinical experience to anaesthetize doctor to operate outside the hard membrane to seal up, but again the compound recovery hauling, is treats the waist intervertebral disc prominent sickness economy the also effective method.
