摘　　要：目的：观察合募配穴法针刺对单纯性肥胖症患者体质量指数（BMI）及腰臀比（WHR）的影响。方法：67例单纯性肥胖症患者随机分为两组，治疗组34例，采用合募配穴法针刺治疗；对照组33例，采用常规取穴法针刺治疗，观察各组治疗后BMI、WHR的变化。结果：两组患者治疗后BMI、WHR均有显著变化，肥胖程度减轻，组间比较差异有显著性，其中合募配穴法疗效优于常规取穴法。结论：合募配穴法针刺可降低单纯性肥胖症患者BMI及WHR，减轻肥胖程度。Objective： To investigate the effect of Lower He--Front Mu points combination acupuncture on body mass index （BMI）and waist--hip ratio（WHR）in patients with simple obesity. Methods：67 patients with simple obesity were allocated into two groups randomly ： observation group（34） treated by Lower He-- Front Mu points combination acupuncture and control group （33） treated by conventional points acupuncture. Main outcomes including BMI and WHR of each groups were measured pre and after course of treatment. Results：BMI and WHR decreased in both groups after acupuncture treatments, while those in observation group decreased more than control group （p~ 0. 05）. Conclusion： Lower He--Front Mu points combination acupuncture is an effective methods in treatment of simple obesity which reduce the BMI and WHR significantly.
