安宝治疗先兆早产的护理体会

摘　　要：目的：探讨安宝用于先兆早产的护理措施。方法：回顾50例患者的临床资料、处理方法和产前、产时、产后护理措施。结果：剖宫产15例，阴道分娩35例（阴道助产2例）。早产27例，足月产29例，早产儿死亡2例。结论：对不同孕周、不同原因先兆早产患者应采取不同的治疗和护理措施，加强观察和护理，减少母婴并发症的发生。Objective：For AnBao premonitory premature nursing measures. Methods a retrospective review of 50 patients＇ clinical data processing method and prenatal and intrapartum, postpartum nursing measures. Results cesarean section 15 cases,vaginal delivery of 35 cases（vaginal birth in 2 cases）. Preterm 27 cases, preterm labor in 29 cases, premature deaths in 2 cases. Conclusion of different gestational age of different causes premature preeclampsia patients,should adopt different treatment and nursing measures to strengthen observation and care,reduce maternal complications.
