摘　　要：目的：观察中医心理学干预治疗老年人肺癌的临床疗效。方法：收集总参某干休所2007年5月--2010年7月，确诊的42例老年肺癌患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组21例，对照组21例患者采用老年肺癌的茕规疗法；治疗组21例患者在对照组治疗的基础上施行中医心理学干预治疗，两组均连续的治疗4周，8周后观察疗效。每四周休息为3—5天。结果：治疗组在负性情绪、体重变化、生活质量、咳嗽、咳痰、乏力、气短等方面，疗效均优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：中医心理学干预治疗老年肺癌对降低负性情绪、改善临床症状以及生活质量等方面均有较好的疗效，具有较高的临床价值。Objective： Observe psychology treatment for the elderly in the clinical effect of the lung cancer. Way to collect sanatorium for retired cadres tremendously ： In July, by 2010 fire department of the lung cancer patients cases randomly divided into groups and the treatment of 21, the patient uses. the normal lung cancer treatment ;treatment of 21 patient in the treatment of the study on the basis of medicine in medical treatment, two groups of four weeks for eight weeks at curative effect. Every rest for a- bout three to five days ： Treatment results in negative sexual feelings, the weight changes, the quality of life, coughing and bring up the phlegm, malaise, short of breath, were superior to the anxiety--provoking ,conclusion with lung cancer treatment to reduce the negative sexual feelings, to improve the quality and clinical symptoms of life as a more effective with a high value.
