摘  要:通过测定充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者血清和红细胞内4种微量元素(TE),了解TE与CHF的关系。对58例CHF病人及40例健康对照者采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定了血清和红细胞中的锌(Zn)、铜(Cu)、铁(Fe),用示波极谱法测定了硒(Se)。结果表明,CHF组血清Zn、Fe、Se明显低于对照组(P<005~001),血清铜升高(P<005);红细胞内Zn、Cu、Se亦明显低于对照组(P<005~001),而红细胞内Fe升高(P<005)。提示CHF患者体内存在Zn、Cu、Se元素缺乏,CHF的发展过程可能与上述元素改变有关。To evaluate the relationship between congestive heart failure(CHF)and the concentration of trace elements (TE),the levels of Zn,Cu,Fe in,serum and erythrocyte were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry and the level of Se was determined by polarography in 58 patients with CHF and 40 controls. The results showed that the level of serum Zn,Cu,Fe were obviously lower than those in the controls(P<005001).The level of serum Cu was much higher than that in the controls(P<005).The level of erythrocyte Zn,Cu,Se were much lower than those in the controls(P<005001),but the level of erythrocyte Fe was higher(P<005).It indicated that the development of CHF may be closely related to the changes of TE.
