摘　　要：用气相色谱面积归一化定量测定的方法，对不同种榄香烯异构体几个浓度下的稳定性进行了研究。结果表明：相同条件下，β－ 榄香烯比γ－ 榄香烯相对稳定；榄香烯的稳定性与各种异构体间的含量的比例有一定的关系，无论以哪一种异构体为主，只要另一种异构体的含量超过１５ ％ ，稳定性将降低。这为原料药的质量控制提供了依据。The stability of β-elemene and γ-elemene was studied in different concentration by Gas-chromatography. The results indicated:in the same condition, β-elemene is more stable than γ-elemene,the stability has relation with the content of every kind of elemene,no matter which kind of elemene is the main constitution, the stability will descend when the content of other kind is over 15%.
