摘　　要：本文介绍了年产七万吨硫磺回收装置废热锅炉结构及有限元应力分析，该结构对于降低管板表面温度，防止高温硫腐蚀，减小管板应力都十分有效。In this paper, the structure and finite element stress analysis of the waste heat boiler in 70000 t/y sulfur recovery plant were introduced. The analysis showed that the structure is advantageous to lower the temperature at the surface of the tubesheet, to protect the hot sulfur corrosion and to decrease the stresses in the tubesheet.
