摘  要:以十二水合硫酸铁铵为催化剂催化合成了乙酸正丁酯,探讨了优化反应条件,酯收率达97.7%。优化反应条件如下:醇酸摩尔比为1: 1.2,催化剂用量为2.5~3.0g,反应温度103~122℃。实验结果表明十二水合硫酸铁铵催化性能优良,条件温和,方法简便,收率高。n-Butyl acetate was synthesized with acetic acid and n-butanol catalyzed by ammonium ferric sulfate dodecahydrate.The optimum conditions of esterification were determined with the yield of 97.6%. The optimum conditions were as follows:the molar ratio of the alcohol and acid was 1:1.2,the amount of catalysiswas 2. 5-3.0g and the temperature of the reaction was 103-122℃. The experimental results showed thecatalytic activity was high,the conditions were mild,the method was convenient and the yield was excellent.
