摘 要:在氢氧化钠介质中,氰根与苦味酸钠反应生成红色的异型紫酸钠,其吸光度与加入的氰根量成正比。由此可用分光光度法测定微量氰化物。测定波长λ= 490nm ,CN- 在0 ~25μg/25mL 范围内符合比耳定律。其表观摩尔吸光系数ε= 1 .92 ×104 ,用于黄血盐钾中微量氰化物测定,结果满意。In the medium of sodium hydroxide, free cyanide reacted with sodium picrate to form a red salt, whose spectra absorptivity is proportional to the amount of CN -, so the trace of CN - can be determined using spectrophotometric method. The working wavelength 490nm is determined, and accorded with Beer's Law within the range of CN - in 0~25μg/25mL. The apparent molar absorptivity is 1.92×10 4. This method has been applied to the determination of trace of cyanide in potassium ferrocyanide with satisfactory results.
