嘧啶磷及其中间体羟基嘧啶的气相色谱分析

摘　　要：介绍了嘧啶磷气相色谱分析方法， 其中间体羟基嘧啶通过转化成易挥发的三甲基硅醚进行气相色谱分离和测定。方法的变异系数分别为０６ ％ ， ０６ ％ ； 回收率分别为９９０ ％ ～１００４ ％ ，９８２ ％ ～１００８ ％ 。A gas chromatography was used for determining pirimiphos ethyle and its intermediate, 4 hydroxy pyrimidine. The results showed that variation coefficients of both of them were all 0.6% , and their recoveries were 99.0%～100.4% and 98.2%～100.8%, respectively.
