摘　　要：目前我国的直接选举实行按城乡不同的人口比例选举人大代表;选区的划分多样性;每个选区选出多名代表;可以随意改变选区的大小和形状以保证有关领导当选为代表;选民登记采取户籍所在地登记制;这些都造成了选举的不平等。如何实现选举权的平等?应逐步完善直接选举制度,科学的划分选区。Elect the deputy to the National People＇s Congress according to different proportions of people in the urban and rural areas in direct election of our country at present; Division of precinct is diversity; Elect many representatives each precinct; Can change size and form of the precinct in order to guarantee relevant leaders are elected representatives at will; It is registered and made in the household register site that the registration of voters is adopted; All these have caused inequality of electing. How to realize the equality of the right to vote？ Should improve the direct electoral system progressively, scientific divide electoral district.
