摘　　要：在对河北省小城镇建设的现状与存在问题分析的基础上，总结小城镇建设的发展历程。对河北省现有小城镇改造及新的小城镇建设的经济潜力做了分析，并提出了新旧小城镇建设宜采取的几项主要对策。Based on the analysis of construction situation and issues, the summarization of developing provess of rural town for Hebei Province, this paper emphasizes on the reform of old towns and construction of new building towns, the economic Potentiality of rural towns for Hebei Province. Also some measures of tows construction are provided.
