摘 要:目的:采用远红外热成像技术监测运动效果,无损实时考察人体局部温度与运动量之间的关系。方法:设计定量负荷和最大负荷上肢负重力量训练实验,双手持重物同时向前上方举起直至与视线平行,每10次动作为1组,每组实验后采集被试正背面上半身及左右侧面的红外热图数据,结合人体二维解剖学结构图谱进行定性分析,解读运动发力肌群表面温度动态变化。利用计算机图像处理技术,计算人体正面肱二头肌及三角肌部位体表温度统计特征值,包括最低温度Min、最高温度Max、平均温度Avg以及标准差Std。为实现标准化分析,最大负荷实验采用局部与上躯体的温度差进行体表温度与运动量关系的量化计算。结果显示:随着运动量的增加,运动肌群(肱二头肌及三角肌)体表温度明显升高。特征值结果表明,运动引起的肱二头肌及三角肌体表温度升高与运动量之间的关系在训练初期表现为迅速增加,后期趋于平缓。结论:远红外影像方法可以监测人体运动过程中的体表温度变化,是一种快捷、方便、无创评价运动效果的方法。Objective The purpose of the article is to introduce infrared thermal imaging technique to the fields of sports medicine.Methods The relation of localized human muscle temperature to the body activities is investigated.Submaximal exercise and maximal exercise are applied in the experiment.Infrared thermal images for frontal,back,left and right sides of body are captured after every ten weightlifting movements.By combining human anatomy image and data of testee' s infrared thermography,the temperature indications of muscle groups during exercising are interpreted.The temperature values(including minimum,maximum,mean temperatures and their standard deviation)of biceps brachii and deltoid muscle are computed.The relationship between temperature and physical activity during maximal exercise is explored.Results Experimental results show an evident increase in temperature of local muscle group during exercise.Furthermore,there exists a relation of temperature(a rising curve at the beginning and a flat curve later on)to the training intensity during the process of exercise.Conclusion Thermal infrared mapping can be used for monitoring body surface temperature change and thus estimating the effect of exercise.
