摘  要:本试验探讨不同添加水平的二甲酸钾对断奶后仔猪生产性能的影响。试验选用体重相近的(28±2)日龄三元杂交断奶仔猪300头,随机分为6个处理。试验用玉米-豆粕型基础日粮,各处理组营养水平一致,其中试验Ⅰ组为正对照组,日粮配方中添加酸化剂(甲酸钙+柠檬酸)+抗生素(粘杆菌素+杆菌肽锌);试验Ⅱ组为负对照一组(酸化剂组),日粮中只添加1.5%的酸化剂(甲酸钙+柠檬酸);试验Ⅲ组为负对照二组(抗生素组),日粮中只添加抗生素(粘杆菌素+杆菌肽锌);试验Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ组均为二甲酸钾试验组,分别在基础日粮(既无酸化剂也不添加抗生素)的基础上添加0.6%、1.0%、1.4%的二甲酸钾。研究结果表明,断奶仔猪日粮中添加0.6%的二甲酸钾具有复合酸化剂的促生长效果;断奶日粮中添加1.0%以上的二甲酸钾可以起到酸化剂和抗生素的双重作用;与添加1.0%的二甲酸钾相比,断奶仔猪日粮中添加1.4%的二甲酸钾没有表现出更好的效果。在不添加抗生素的情况下,只添加二甲酸钾能减少仔猪腹泻。This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of different levels of potassium diformate on growth performance of weanling piglets.300 three-way cross weanling piglets with similar body weight in the age of (28±2) days were randomly picked and assigned to six treatments and fed with corn-soybean diets.The treatments were as follows: GroupⅠ :a positive control diet containing acidifier (Calcium Formate 4- Citric Acid)and antibiotic (Colistin Sulphate+ Bacitracin Zinc Premix);Group Ⅱ:a negative control group diet Ⅰcontaining 1.5 % acidifier (Calcium Formate 4. Citric Acid);Group Ⅲ:negative control group diet containing of antibiotic (Colistin Sulphate 4- Bacitracin Zinc Premix) ;Group Ⅳ, Ⅴ, Ⅵ: potassium diformate groups, based on diets without acidifier & antibiotic, adding 0.6 %, 1.0 % and 1.4 % potassium diformate respectively.The results showed that potassium diformate supplementation 0.6 % could reach the effect of negative control group Ⅰ, and 1.0 % supplementation could substitute the acidlfier and antibiotic in diets.Compared to 1.0 %, 1.4 % supplementation didn't have better performance on weaned piglets.Potassium diformate in diet without antibiotics could reduce piglets diarrhea rate.
