摘 要:研究了干摩擦状态下11Mo4Cr2V/42CrMo系统摩擦副材料的摩擦磨损性能和磨损机理.采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱分析仪和摩擦磨损试验进行分析.结果表明:干摩擦120 min后,11Mo4Cr2V材料的比磨损量较小,仅为2.096×10-15 kg/(m.N),材料的耐磨性能较好;摩擦系统中2种摩擦副材料的比磨损量非常接近,匹配效果很好;11Mo4Cr2V材料的磨损机理为磨粒磨损和黏着磨损的共同作用,42CrMo材料的磨损机理以磨粒磨损为主,伴随轻微的黏着磨损;42CrMo对偶材料的硬度高于11Mo4Cr2V材料的硬度,因此磨损程度较低.Wear and wear mechanism of the 11Mo4Cr2V/42CrMo frictional pair under dry sliding condition were studied by wear test and metallography,SEM,EDS techniques.The results showed that,after a 120 min sliding,wear rate of the 11Mo4Cr2V material was very low [2.096×10-15 kg/(m·N)].This material showed good wear resistance.The frictional pair of 11Mo4Cr2V/42CrMo also exhibited good compatbility.Wear modes of the 11Mo4Cr2V material were abrasive wear and adhesive wear.The wear modes of 42CrMo material were abrasive wear and mild adhesive wear.The wear of 42CrMo material was lower than that of the 11Mo4Cr2V material because of its higher hardness.
