针刺和超短波联合正骨推拿治疗颈型颈椎病临床研究

摘　　要：目的:比较针刺、超短波和正骨推拿联合治疗与单一正骨推拿治疗对颈型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将80例颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组患者于颈肩部穴位针刺和超短波治疗后,再接受正骨推拿治疗;对照组仅接受正骨推拿治疗。均为每日1次,治疗10次为1疗程。于治疗前及治疗10次后,参照《中医病证诊断疗效标准》和语言评价量表(VRS)评定疗效。结果:治疗10次后,发现2组患者的VRS疼痛程度分级均较治疗前明显改善(均为P<0.01)。但治疗组明显优于对照组(U=6.823,P<0.01)。治疗组的有效率和优良率亦优于对照组(U=3.282,P<0.001)。结论:采用针灸、超短波和正骨推拿综合治疗颈型颈椎病,比单用正骨推拿治疗效果更好,能较快缓解疼痛、改善症状,值得临床推广、应用。Objective：To observe the effect of acupuncture,ultrashort wave,in combination with orthopedic tuina in the treatment of cervical spondylopathy.Methods：All 80 cases with cervical spondylopathy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The patients in the treatment group were treated with acupuncture,ultrashort wave,in combination with orthopedic tuina.The subjects in control group were treated with orthopedic tuina only,one time every day,and 10 days for a course.The curative effect was evaluated by the ＂Syndrome Diagnostic efficacy standards of traditional Chinese medicine＂ and the verbal rating scale（VRS） ten days before and after treatment.Results：The degree of VRS was significantly improved in both two groups ten days after treatment（P〈0.01）.But the extent of improvement in the treatment group was much higher than the control group（P〈0.01）.And the effective rate and good rate in the treatment group were significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.001）.Conclusion：Combination with acupuncture,ultrashort wave,and orthopedic tuina is more effective than orthopedic tuina only in the treatment of cervical spondylopathy.It is worthy for clinical popularizing and application for it can relieve pain and improve symptom quickly.
