便携式下肢手术支架辅助髓内钉治疗浮膝损伤23例临床报告

摘　　要：目的：探讨便携式下肢手术支架辅助髓内钉治疗浮膝损伤中的作用。方法：2005年7月-2009年5月采用自制的便携式下肢手术支架辅助髓内钉治疗浮膝损伤患者共23例。结果：手术时间60-160min,平均95min,术中出血量100-300mL,平均185mL;23例患者术后获得随访6-15个月,平均10个月。根据Karlstrom和Olerud功能评定标准进行疗效评定：优18例,良3例,中1例,差1例,优良率91.3%。结论：便携式下肢手术支架辅助髓内钉治疗浮膝损伤,具有便于手术操作、减少医源性损伤及节省人力等优点。Objective：To study the effects of portable blracket of lower limb in adjuvant therapy to the floating knee with the treatment of intramedullary nail.Methods：Twenty-three patients were treated by intramedullary nail with the adjuvant therapy by portable blracket of lower limb berween 2005 and 2009.Results：The average operative time was 95 minutes（60～160 minutes）,the average blood loss was185ml（100～300ml）;All cases were followed up for an average of 10 months（6～15 months）.According to Karlstrom and Olerud＇s criteria,excellent 18 cases,good 3 cases,acceptable 1 cases.Conclusions：Treatment to the floating knee injuries with intramedullary nail under portable blracket of lower limb has the advantages of convenience for operation,less iatrogenic trauma and minimally invasive surgery and so on.
