高校图书馆外刊采购应重在质量

摘　　要：高校图书馆， 在外刊价格持续上涨、购书经费短缺、外刊采购步入低谷之时， 外刊采购更应注重质量． 本文结合工作实际， 从精、专、用、适和效益５ 个方面阐述了这一观点．With the price of foreign journals going up, the funds for buying books becoming short, and the purchase of foreign journals being at a low tide, more importance is expected to be attached to the quality in purchasing foreing journals for libraries in institutions of higher education. This viewpoint is expounded, in the paper with daily practices, from such aspects as careful selection, related speciality, practical application, easy adaptation and productive benefit.
