摘 要:为探讨遗传工程水稻再转化的可能性,对其离体子房进行了培养,从子房诱导出愈伤组织并分化成苗.观察结果表明,培养基合 5 比 N6 更适宜于遗传工程水稻子房的培养,在合5 和 N6 条件下,遗传工程水稻各品系间的诱导率和分化率存在差异,且均优于受体湘早籼8 号,培养基合5 条件下各品系诱导率和分化率大小依次为 G E R4, G E R3, G E R1,湘早籼8 号;低温(4~5℃)预处理 48 h 或喷6 B A 72 h 后均能促进雌核愈伤化,低温预处理的效果优于6 B A 的影响.To discuss the possibility of genetic engineering rices (GER) retransformation,ovaries in vitro of the rice was cultured;calli were induced from the ovaries;while plantlets were differentiated from calli. Results obtained showed that medium He 5 was more appropriate than medium N6 for culture of GER ovaries. Under conditions of He 5 and N6,differences of induced frequencies and differentiated frequencies were found among GER strains,but they were higher than that of Xiangzaoxian Rice No.8. Order of induced frequencies and differentiated frequencies of GER was:GER 4,GER 3,GER 1,Xiangzaoxian No.8.Pretreatment of low temperature (4~5 ℃) for 48 h or spraying of 6 BA for 72 h can promote to induce gynogenic calli.Pretreatment of low temperature was more effective than 6 BA.
