模拟设计在鼻整形患者心理护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨模拟设计软件对鼻整形患者心理护理的效用。方法:将门诊鼻整形咨询就诊者随机分为软件设计组和对照组,软件设计组用数码相机从不同角度拍摄就诊者面部照片,借助Mirror形体设计软件对鼻整形患者进行数码形态分析,利用分析结果协助咨询,指导手术,同时进行有目的的心理护理。对照组未采用形体设计软件,进行常规咨询、手术。通过比较两组咨询成功率和手术后满意率,来评价形体设计软件模拟设计对鼻整形患者心理护理的作用。结果:软件设计组48例,咨询后接受手术者42例,术后满意者36例。对照组48例,咨询后接受手术者33例,术后满意者27例。相比较软件设计组的咨询成功率高于对照组(P<0.05),手术后满意率高于对照组(P>0.05)。结论:Mirror形体设计软件模拟设计有助于患者在术前初步预见术后效果及配合医师手术,满足患者心理需求,加强了医患之间的互动,从而能够有的放矢的进行心理护理干预,达到提高咨询成功率的目的。Objective To investigate the psychological care effectiveness of simulation software for rhinoplasty patients.Methods rhinoplasty consultants were randomly divided into software design group and control group.The software design took photos using digital camera from different angles,with the help of Mirror issued facial photos of rhinoplasty form design software of digital speciation analysis.We could use the analysis to assist consultation,guide operation and have simultaneously purposeful mental nursing.The control group underwent regular consultation and operation without using Mirror shape design software.By comparing the rate of operation after consultation and satisfaction between the two groups,we can evaluate the role of software simulation design to design rhinoplasty patients in psychological nursing Results There were 48 persons in each group.In software design group,the number of those who underwent surgery after consultation was 42 and 36 cases of the postoperative satisfaction.In the control group,the number of those who underwent surgery after consultation was 33 and that of postoperative satisfaction was 27 cases.With the comparison,the rate of operation after consultation in software design group is higher than that of the control（P0.05） and the rate of surgery satisfaction in software design group is higher than that in control group（P0.05）.Conclusions Mirror shape design software simulation designed to help patients in the preoperative to know the anticipated results preliminary and cooperate with the doctor.And it would meet the psychological needs of patients and is useful for strengthening the interaction between doctors and patients,enabling targeted psychological nursing intervention and improving the success rate of operation after the consultation
