摘　　要：在介绍了时间间隔测量的基本方法及其存在的测量误差的基础上,详细分析了时间间隔测量领域出现的多周期同步测量、模拟内插测量、数字内插测量等新测量技术的原理。通过对这些新测量技术原理及特点的论述,可以看出各种新技术对于提高时间间隔测量精度及其分辨率有很好的效果。文章最后通过时间间隔测量新技术的实际应用证实了理论分析,同时指出了新技术的应用领域及良好的应用前景。This paper,based upon the introduction of time-interval measurement and measurement errors,gives a detailed analysis on such new measurement techniques as multi-cycle synchronization,analog interpolation,and digital interpolation.The detailed discussion of these new measurement principles and their characters,indicates that these new techniques have satisfactory effects in the improvement of measurement precision and resolution.The practical application of the measurement technology proves correctness of the theoretical analysis,and finally this paper also points out the application domains and development perspective of this new technology.
