摘  要:对马尾松10个家系光合特性的研究表明:(1)不同家系在叶绿素含量、叶绿素a/b值、气孔密度、孔径、生物量等方面存在明显差异。(2)生物量和叶绿素含量、气孔密度有明显的相关,两者对生物量的贡献达95%以上;生物量和净光合速率(Pn)存在一定的正相关。(3)在9月晴朗少云天气状况下,马尾松Pn的日变化为一双峰型曲线,第1峰值比第2峰值高。(4)光照、温度、湿度、CO2等环境因子在1d内不同时期对光合的影响和作用不同,每个时期只有1~2个因子对光合活动起主导作用。(5)高叶绿素含量、低叶绿素a/b值,小的气孔密度和较大的孔径以及高的光合速率为优良家系的光合特征。Study on photosynthesis characters of different masson pine families showed(1)There was significant difference among families in the chlorophyll content,chlorophyll a/b ,stomatal density,stomatal size and biomass.(2)Significant correlation between biomass and chlorophyll content & stomatal density were examined,and also there were some certain correlation between the biomass and net photosynthetic rate( P n).(3)The photosythesis leaves of masson pine displayed a obvious midday depression and a double peak curve on bright sunny days in September under normal cultivation conditions.The first peak value was higher than the second one.(4)Intensity of illumination( Q ),air temperature( T a),humidity factor( Rh ) and CO 2 concentration had different effect on photosynthesis in each of the three periods of the day,only one or two envirnmental factors had important effect on photosynthesis in each period.(5)High chlorophyll content,low chlorophyll a/b value,low stomatal density,big stomatal size and high net photosynthetis rate ( P n) were the photosynthesis characters of a elite masson pine family.
