摘 要:研究了脱硫灰中的微量组分Na2SO4、Fe2O3、CaCl2及B2O3对钾长石-硫酸钙-碳酸钙体系热分解的影响。在物料配比为n(KAS6):n(CaSO4):n(CaCO3)=1∶1∶14的条件下,加入不同量的Na2SO4、Fe2O3、CaCl2及B2O3分别在1223 K1、323 K和1423 K下进行焙烧。研究结果表明,脱硫灰中的各组分对钾长石分解率有较大的影响,影响最大的是Na2SO4,其次是CaCl2和Fe2O3,最小的是B2O3。本研究结果可为利用脱硫灰焙烧钾长石生产钾肥提供理论指导。The influence of the several secondary components existing in FGD residues such as Na2 SO4, Fe2O3, CaCl2, B2O3 on the decomposition ratio of potassium feldspar were studied in this paper. Different amounts of Na2SO4, Fe2O3, CaCl2, B2O3 had been added in the materials which n (KAS6) : n (CaSO4) : n (CaCO3) was 1 : 1 : 14,and were calcined at 1223 K, 1323 K and 1423 K, respectively. The results showed that the components of FGD residtres had greater effect on potassium recovery of potassium feldspar CaSO4-CaCO3. The effect of Na2SO4 was the largest, the effect of CaCl2 and Fe2O3 were the second, the effect of B2O3 was the last. This study will provide further theoretic guide to manufacture potash fertilizer by calcining potassium-feldspar with FGD residues.
