摘 要:通过对碳制品机加工粉尘抑制系统工艺特性的分析和研究,确定了系统PLC控制方式,构建了控制系统的硬件组成和软件执行功能,给出了运用平均流速法测量系统处理量的数学模型,提出了节流强度调节的PID控制方程,在此基础上设计了有效的工程实现方法和系统PLC控制流程。控制系统结构简洁,能够根据处理量的大小自动匹配系统参数,控制方式灵活可靠,极大地降低了生产成本,提高了企业自动化管理水平。Based on analyses and study of dust removing system technological characteristics for carbon-produce lathing process, PLC control system of dust removing system was determined. Hardware composition and software function of the control sys- tem was built. The mathematics model was put forward that u- sing the average velocity to measure the dust removing capacity, and the PID control function which adjusted the throttle intensity of the dust controller was put forward. On these bases, effective method for engineering actualization and PLC control flow were designed. The control system structure which could automatically match system parameter based on the capacity was compact, and its control was flexible and credible. Because of that it reduced the production cost obviously, and improved corporation's auto- mation management level.
