摘　　要：区域自主创新能力的提升不仅取决于各个行为主体的创新行为,更取决于创新系统中各个要素之间的互动关系。以区域创新系统理论为出发点,从技术创新系统、知识创新系统、创新扩散系统和创新支撑环境4个子系统维度,从创新资源的投入、创新成果的产出、创新合作以及创新环境等几个层面,共96项评价指标,构建一个既能够从总体上衡量区域自主创新能力,又能够描述各个区域创新子系统和区域创新主体自主创新能力,同时又能体现创新主体之间互动关系的区域自主创新评价指标体系。The improvement of regional independent innovation capability depends not only on the individual activity,but also on the interrelationship among different parts of innovation system.We are trying to establish an index system wit 96 indexes here to measure the regional independent innovation capability of regional technological innovation system,knowledge innovation system,innovation diffusion system and innovation environment,from the respect of the injection of innovation resource,the output of innovation,innovative cooperation and innovation environment.
