促进白城市辣椒产业升级发展的思考

摘　　要：近年来,依靠地缘及技术优势,辣椒产业在吉林省白城市迅速发展。无论是种植规模还是出口份额,不仅列全省首位,而且在全国也占有重要位置。然而,国际贸易保护主义、品牌宣传力度不够、生产企业资金短缺、科技水平较低、农民文化素质低下等因素影响和制约着白城市辣椒产业的发展和壮大。只有通过多种途径,加速产业的优化升级,才能使辣椒产业在白城市的经济发展中发挥重要作用。In recent years,pepper industry has developed rapidly in Baicheng City,Jilin Province because of its geographical and technological advantages.Its planting size and export share are not only in the first place in Jilin Province,but also occupies an important place in the whole country.However,due to those factors such as international trade protectionism,inadequate propagation of brands,shortage of fund in those enterprises,low level of technology and education,pepper industry can＇t develop quickly.Only through a variety of ways to accelerate the optimization and upgrading can pepper industry play an important role in the economic development of Baicheng City.
