图书馆联盟共建共享评价指标体系与方法研究

摘　　要：在图书馆联盟共建共享的框架下,以图书馆联盟、成员馆、用户为研究对象,对联盟的管理、运作、服务、绩效等问题展开研究,从资源共享、经费保障、联盟管理、服务能力、内部业务工作优化、共享绩效、用户满意度等7个方面,设计了联盟评价的指标体系,通过问卷调查、专家评价等方法对指标体系进行了优化,并给出了各指标的权重和具体的评价方法,为图书馆联盟共建共享的评价提供参考。Under the framework of the information resources co-constructing and sharing of library consortia,this paper has researched the management,operations,services,performance issues of library consortia based on the library consortia,the members of library consortia and the user as the research object,and designed the evaluation index system of library consortia from the information resources sharing,funding,management,service ability,internal operations optimization,share performance,customer satisfaction,finally,provided the weight of each index and specific evaluation methods for the valuation reference of library consortia information resources co-constructing and Sharing.
