摘  要:采集对采暖设备入户和出户的水温差,结合流量计算热量消耗并计费,通过室温的采集调控阀门开启比例调节流量,基于STC系列单片机的温控采暖阀门系统实现了温度、流量采集及室外阀门与室内遥控器的无线通信控制。通过IC卡完成热量费用的充值以及供热系数的更新,光电开关限位配合减速电机根据温度调节阀门开启比例。整体设计结构紧凑,成本较低,实验样机经测试能够可靠实现计费、充值以及温度调节等功能。Design a thermostatic valve gate which can calculate the heat consumption and fees effectively and can control the temperature indoor to save energy. To calculate the heat consumption by the difference of temperature from water-in-pipe come in and go out the house. The valve is adjusted with the temperature indoor. The MCU of STC series control the sensor of temperature and the flow, the wireless communication between valve and remote is also controlled by the MCU. The heat-fees charged and the heat-coefficients update can be realized by using IC card. The MCU control the motor to adjust the valve located by the photoelectric switches. The prototype is designed which can calculate the fees, charge and adjust the temperature indoor.
