摘　　要：通过数学计算和仿真分析了不同条件下死区时间对逆变器输出电压的基波影响,及不同条件下死区产生的谐波畸变率的变化情况。建立了定量计算的数学模型,给出了仿真曲线,并以理论曲线做了验证。同时提出死区补偿的必要性,使SPWM技术在实际变频系统中得到更为有效的应用。In this paper, by means of mathematical models and simulation, an analysis about the dead-time effect of the out- put fundamental voltage and additional harmonics under different conditions is made. At last, the need of the dead-time compensation is raised in the hope of increasing the value of SPWM technology in actual frequency conversion.
