正畸牵引治疗埋伏阻生牙伤口感染的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨正畸牵引治疗埋伏阻生牙伤口感染的临床特点。方法选择2008年4月-2010年9月医院收治的各类埋伏阻生牙患者108例,采用术前咨询与正畸,手术与正畸矫治相结合的方法进行治疗,比较分析不同年龄、不同牙位患者伤口感染的发生情况。结果治疗后患者伤口感染发生率23.15%,随着患者年龄的增高,伤口感染率逐渐提高,且与其他年龄段相比,40~49岁患者伤口感染率明显提高,正常愈合的感染率明显降低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;发生感染的牙位数感染率：中切牙为28%,尖牙为32%,第二前磨牙40%,差异无统计学意义;唇（颊）侧阻生埋伏牙比舌（腭）侧阻生埋伏牙的感染率高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论正畸治疗埋伏阻生牙患者伤口的感染率较高,在临床中应受到医护人员的重视,尤其是年龄较大和偏唇（颊）侧阻生埋伏牙的患者,更应注意伤口感染的预防治疗。OBJECTIVE To probe into the orthodontic treatment of impacted teeth in the wound infection.METHODS A total of 108 patients with various types of impacted teeth selected from Apr 2008 to Sep 2010 were treated with preoperative counseling and orthodontics,surgery and orthodontic treatment combination of methods.The incidence of wound infections of the different age in patients were analyzed and compared.RESULTS After the treatment,the incidence of wound infection rate was 23.15%.With age the incidence of wound infection in patients was increased.Compared with other age groups,40 to 49 years the incidence of wound infection in patients were markedly improved,the normal healing rate was significantly lower,the difference was also statistically significant（P0.05）.The difference of different teeth infections was not significant（P0.05）.the incidence of Lip（buccal） side impacted teeth was more higher than tongue（palatal） side impacted teeth,there was statistically significant difference（P0.05）.CONCLUSION The wound infection rate is high in impacted teeth patients treated by orthodontics,especially in older patients who have lip（buccal） side impacted teeth,which should be paid attention to the prevention of wound infection.
