摘 要:矿山用球磨机的工况条件复杂恶劣,湿磨衬板消耗巨大,研究开发矿山湿磨衬板和耐磨蚀合金钢具有重要的工程价值。论文对目前国内矿山湿磨衬板使用的耐磨蚀合金钢进行分类,评述了不同工况下矿山湿磨衬板用耐磨蚀合金钢的性能及优缺点,展望了矿山湿磨衬板用耐磨蚀合金钢的发展趋势。指出了未来该领域工作的重点和方向是,深入开展冲击腐蚀磨料磨损机理研究;优化耐磨蚀钢合金成分设计,进一步提高耐磨蚀合金钢的耐磨蚀性能,重视矿山湿磨衬板大型化趋势;根据矿山湿磨工况复杂和差异化情况研发和选用耐磨蚀合金钢及其衬板。The conditions of ball mill in mine wet grinding are complex and bad,which results in a big consumption of liner plate for wear and tear.Therefore,it has a significant engineering value to develop the corrosion-abrasion resistant alloy steel for liner plate in mine wet grinding machine.In this paper,the domestic corrosion-abrasion resistant alloy steels for liner plate in mine wet grinding machine were classified.The performance,advantages and disadvantages of the corrosion-abrasion resistant alloy steel were reviewed,and the development trend of the corrosion-abrasion resistant alloy steel was forecasted.The key points and development trend are as following: researching the synergistic effect mechanism controlled by impact,corrosion and abrasion deeply;optimizing the composition design for wear and corrosion resistant alloy steel and emphasizing the large size liner plate in mine wet grinding;developing and choosing the alloy steel for liner plate according to the different mine wet grinding situation.
