摘 要:通过扫描电镜观察了宝珠砂砂粒表面形貌,测试了宝珠砂在酯硬化水玻璃自硬砂中的常温强度,高温性能,溃散性能和再生性能,并与都昌砂对比,结果表明:宝珠砂颗粒圆整和表面存在微观孔洞,提高了酯硬化水玻璃自硬砂常温强度,高温性能良好,溃散性能和机械再生性能差,采用低温加热机械干法能取得较好脱模效果,为宝珠砂在大型铸钢件生产中的应用提供了技术指导和参考。In this paper,the shape and surface of the Ceramacore particle was observed by means of SEM,and the normal strength performance,collapsibility and reclamation property of Ceramacore in ester cured water glass sand were researched and compared with Duchang sand.The results show that the Ceramacore particle was roundness and there were many micro holes in the surface.These features improve the normal strength performance,and the high temperature property was also well,but the collapsibility and reclamation property were bad.Using blue heating method can obtain good collapsibility,which provides guidance and references for application of Ceramacore to cast steel production.
