摘　　要：针对传统无边镶在金属底托上镶嵌存在的镶嵌难度大、生产效率低、容易烂石、金属及打磨工具的损耗大、对镶石工人的操作技能要求高等缺点,研究了首饰无边蜡镶宝石铸造工艺。分别从制版、备石、镶嵌、设置浇注系统、制作石膏铸型、铸造、冷却清理等方面,制定了稳定进行无边蜡镶铸造的工艺措施。Traditional invisible setting was operated on metal base,which had some problems such as difficult operation,low efficiency,high crack rate of gems,big loss of metal and grinding tools,high requirement of setting skills,etc.Jewelry casting technology with invisible wax setting was studied and the technological measures to stabilize the whole casting process were established from aspects such as model-making,gem preparation,wax setting operation,gating system,gypsum mould,casting,cooling and cleaning.
