摘　　要：拉美地区拥有丰富的油气资源,是我国石油最早"走出去"的起步地区,为我国开展全球能源合作奠定了坚实的基础。拉美地区各国油气资源勘探开发程度低,为双方合作和劳务输出等方面带来机遇;但拉美地区资源国有化、美国影响下的地缘政治因素也给双方合作带来一定的难度。为此,本文从合作现状着手,深刻剖析我国能源企业"走出去"面临的各种问题,并就合作及应对政策提出一些思考。Latin America is regarded as one of the three region that China＇s oil industry is ＂going out＂ strategy for its rich oil and gas resources.Energy cooperation with Latin American meets China＇s growing energy needs and achieves diversification of import sources to ensure energy security is of great significance.Great concern in the United States Government and geopolitical pressures and the rise of oil nationalism and regional political risk in Latin American countries is becoming the main challenges for China＇s energy diplomacy.China must pay close attention and respond to these problems,handle all aspects of care relationships,and continuously adjust the cooperative policy,in order to better development and utilization of energy in Latin America.
