摘 要:电力系统可靠性的经济价值日益受到人们的重视。常规可靠性评估方法采用以负荷削减量最小为目标函数的最小负荷削减模型,由此得出的负荷削减量虽然最小,但负荷削减费用不是最小,忽视了经济价值。提出基于最小负荷削减费用的可靠性评估模型,以负荷削减费用最小为目标函数,并考虑节点负荷类型的分类,克服了常规方法忽视经济价值的缺点。所提出的方法较常规方法虽然负荷削减量大,但负荷削减费用小,符合从经济价值出发的原则。通过算例分析表明了该方法的合理性和实用性。The attention to the economic value of power system reliability is increasing.The traditional reliability evaluation method employs the minimum load shedding model that uses the minimum quantity of load shedding as objective function. This method ignores the economic value so that the cost is not low even though the quantity of load shedding is minimum.A new kind of reliability evaluation method based on the minimum load shedding cost is presented, which uses the minimum load shedding cost as objective function. The method takes into consideration of load types which overeomes the economic disadvantage in traditional method. Comparing with the general method,the load shedding cost of proposed method is smaller even though the quantity is bigger. It accords with the principle of economic value optimization.Example shows the rationality and feasibility of the proposed method.
