摘 要:针对大唐华银金竹山发电分公司600 MW机组"W"型锅炉大屏过热器超温问题进行了试验研究,找出了大屏过热器超温的原因,认为屏过节流孔圈的设计计算存在偏差、屏式过热器布置方式不合理及受热面偏多是导致大屏过热器超温的主要原因。通过对大屏过热器采取减少受热面积、调整节流孔圈尺寸、浇注隔热材料和运行调整监控等措施,使该锅炉屏与屏之间、同屏管子之间管壁温差大大减少,炉膛热负荷更加均匀,锅炉减温水量减少,大屏过热器超温问题得到了成功解决。Test research on the over-temperature for platen superheater of 600 MW "W" flame boiler in Jinzhushan power plant was carried on and the reasons were found out. The reasons of over-temperature include platen super heater throttle pole calculation and design deviation, unreasonable layout and larger heating surface. To solve the problem, some measures such as reducing the surface area of platen superheater, adjusting throttle pole dimension, pouring themlal insulation material and closely monitoring in operation etc., were adopted. Tile temperature differences of different platens and of different pipes were reduced greatly. The operating results indicate that the retrofit were successful.
