摘　　要：目的探寻颈脊髓损伤合并高位截瘫重症患者的护理方法。方法对20例颈脊髓损伤合并高位截瘫重症的患者做好心理护理、呼吸道管理、体位护理、褥疮的护理、体温失调的护理、胃肠道功能紊乱的护理、泌尿系统的护理、功能锻炼及其他并发症的护理。结论脊髓损伤合并高位截瘫重症患者进行积极的护理干预,能更好地维持生命,保存功能,防止各种并发症的发生。Objective To explore the cervical spinal cord injury with paraplegia in patients with severe nursing.Methods 20 patients with cervical spinal cord injury with paraplegia in patients with severe mental nursing,respiratory management,positioning care,decubitus care,body temperature imbalance of care,care of gastrointestinal disorders,urinary system of care,functional training and other complications of care.Conclusion The cervical spinal cord injury with paraplegia in patients with severe active intervention,to better support life,preserve function,prevention of various complications.
