摘　　要：该文结合生态资源丰富经济欠发达的伊犁河谷地区的农业基本情况及发展绿色产业的优势,运用生态学原理、系统工程等方法,借助现代管理技术,坚持市场导向原则、因地制宜原则、科学规划原则和政府服务原则,采取强有力的措施,重点推进绿色种植业、绿色设施农业、绿色畜牧业、绿色林业、绿色旅游观光农业、绿色农产品加工业和绿色保鲜储运业支柱产业,将伊犁河谷建设成为我国绿色农产品产业发展基地,实现农民增收和企业增效,推动伊犁经济社会健康发展。Combining with the agricultural situation and the advantage to develop the green industry in the Yli River valley regions with abundant ecological resources but underdeveloped economy,this paper adopted the methods of ecology principle and system engineering with the support of technology of mordern management,persisting the principles including market-driven,scientific planning and government service,to promote pillar industries such as green planting,green facilities agriculture,forestry and animal husbandry,green sightseeing agriculture,green farm produce and green fresh-keeping storage and transport industry etc,which will establish the Yli river valley become China＇s biggest green agricultural industry development base,realizing peasants＇ income and enterprise and benefit,and promote the healthy development of Yli economic society.
