2型糖尿病肾小管功能损害62例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨2型糖尿病(DM)患者肾小管功能损害的临床意义。方法:评价62例2型DM患者的肾小管功能。结果:62例DM患者尿N-乙酰--βD-葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)、αl-微球蛋白(α1-MG)、β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)水平与对照组比较,均有显著性差异,阳性率分别是90.1%、92.3%、91.6%。结论:尿NAG、α1-MG和β2-MG水平的变化与糖尿病肾病的发展有关,它可以间接反映2型糖尿病肾病肾功能损害程度。Objective： To investigate the clinic value of determining renal tubular function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods： The levels of NAG,α1-MG andβ2-MG of 62 cases with type 2 diabetes mellitus were determined.Results： Compared with the control group,the levels of NAG,α1-MG and β2-MG all significantly increased（P〈0.05）,with positive rates ad 90.1%,92.3%,and 91.6%,respectively.Conclusions： The levels of NAG,α1-MG and β2-MG are related to the development of diabetic nephropathy,and can reflect the condition of renal dysfunction in diabetic nephropathy indirectly.
