摘　　要：目的:探讨使用非织造无纺布取代棉布行无菌包装的效果和意义。方法:观察组使用无纺布,对照组使用双层棉布,取棉球罐、导尿包、缝合包、持物钳和持物筒各50件,进行高压蒸汽灭菌,比较两组消毒灭菌后7、30和60 d的细菌学变化和成本费用。结果:观察组7、30、60 d细菌检测合格率均达到100.0%,对照组分别为96.0%、59.0%、2.5%,观察组30 d和60 d细菌检测合格率均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总成本每天较对照组节省28.0元。结论:非织造无纺布对无菌物品进行包装,在保证灭菌效果的同时,节约了成本,减轻了工作量。Objective： To investigate the aseptic effects of non-woven fabric packaging materials.Methods： The observation group of aseptic package was packed with non-woven fabric with 50 medical instruments inside,while the control group was packed with dual layers of cotton cloth.7、30 and 60 days after high-pressure steam sterilization,growth of bacteria and sterilization cost were compared between the two groups.Results： The observation group showed good quality of 100.0% at 7、30 and 60 d after sterilization,the corresponding percentage was 96.0%,59.0%,and 2.5%,which were all significant lower than that of the observation group（P〈0.05）.Daily cost of the experimental group was 208 yuan lower than the control group.Conclusion： Non-woven packaging can ensure the sterilization effect and reduce cost and relevant work.
