摘 要:选取十二醇(俗称月桂醇)辛/酸二元混合体系作为蓄冷介质,通过理论计算,预测在不同的混合比下的结晶温度和相变潜热,预判其低共融混合比、低共融温度、相变热,然后在其混合物的理论低共融混合比前后,分别配制了7组不同混合比的上述混合物,进行了DSC热物性分析;并搭建恒温水浴实验台,对上述各配比混合物进行了蓄冷实验.各配比的相变温度,经DSC测试在1.6-4.5℃,经恒温水浴测试在5.2-7.5℃,其中,混合比为40.6∶59.4(质量比)的十二醇/辛酸体系,在2℃恒温水浴蓄冷中,能在6 h内迅速完成结晶过程,结晶温度为7℃,过冷度约2.5℃,DSC测试其相变潜热为178.6 J.g-1.The binary mixtures of Dodecanol/Caprylic acid were studied as the cool storage materials.Based on the theoretical analysis,the crystallizing points and the phase change temperatures of the binary mixtures for different mixing ratios were calculated.The mixing ratio and the phase change temperature of the the binary mixture at the eutectic temperature were accordingly predicted.Seven groups of binary mixtures of Dodecanol/Caprylic acid with different ratios were prepared.The thermal properties of the seven groups of binary mixtures were measured through the differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The cool storage characteristics were tested on a cool storage setup in the constant temperature water bath of 2 ℃.The experimental results showed that the phase change temperatures of the seven groups of mixtures weve between 1.6~4.5 ℃ through DSC and 5.2~7.5 ℃ through water bath,respectively.The Dodecanol/Caprylic acid mixture with the mass ratios of 40.6∶59.4 could finish the crystallization in 6 h in the water bath of 2 ℃.The crystallization temperature and the degree of super-cooling of the Dodecanol/Caprylic acid mixture with the mass ratios of 40.6∶59.4 were 7 ℃ and about 2.5 ℃,respectively.The DSC measurement showed that the latent heat of phase change of the mixture was 178.6 J·g-1.
